Q. I need to make a change to my reported adds and the format is closing. How can I get immediate assistance?

A: Please send detailed information, including your call letters, artist and title to the Discrepancy Desk. A staff member will assist you as soon as possible.

Q. How do I reset or retrieve my Add Board username/password?

A: Simply submit your request to Add Board Password, and a staff member will respond as soon as possible.

Q. Why am I not able to login to Add Board?

A: It is possible that you have not been assigned a username or password. Please submit a request to Add Board Password.

Q. What are the deadlines for reporting my weekly adds?

A: Every format has a weekly deadline for reporting adds. Due to publishing deadlines, we are unable to accept any late adds. Click the following link for a schedule of format closing times.

Q. I was not able to add a song because it does not appear to be in your database. How can I add the song?

A: The Add Board website will allow you to manually enter an artist and song title for reporting purposes. If you are still unable to add the song, please send the detailed information to the Discrepancy Desk.

Please keep in mind that we must be in receipt of your add prior to the format deadline.

Q. How can I re-add a song?

A: Mediabase does not accept songs to be re-added.
Q. My playlist has disappeared! Do I need to manually re-enter my entire playlist?

A: We will only carryover a playlist for two weeks. Therefore, if you fail to report for two weeks, your playlist will be deleted. If you would like us to retrieve your old playlist, please submit an inquiry to the Discrepancy Desk for technical support.
